JVS Toronto has 75 years of experience providing customized employment support to newcomers to Canada from over 130 different countries through pre-arrival employment acceleration and mentorship programing. South Okanagan Immigrant & Community Service

The South Okanagan Immigrant & Community Services (SOICS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a welcoming and inclusive community. They provide a range of free services to immigrants and other groups, including settlement and employment related services in the South Okanagan region in British Columbia for over 45 years. SOICS partners with Project Welcome in matching internationally trained professionals immigrating to Canada with mentors in their field who live and work in the South Okanagan region. Our Program Funder

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Project Welcome is a Service Delivery Improvement project funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and delivered to pre-arrival internationally experienced professionals who want to connect to work opportunities in smaller communities across Canada. IRCC facilitates the arrival of immigrants, provides protection to refugees, and offers programming to help newcomers settle in Canada.
